The Production Director will report to the Assistant VP of Production and will assume overall responsibility for ensuring that the production quantity, quality and delivery timelines are achieved. This will involve taking a "hands on" role in all areas of operation whilst overseeing a workforce of between 600 and 700 staff working in 2 production facilities. The Production Director will focus on setting and achieving production targets, planning and monitoring productivity, implementing a lean management system, balancing production between 20 lines, identifying and solving production problems and ensuring that quality standards are maintained. The focus of the position will be to ensure that operational performance is maximized in the areas of productivity, quality, cost, delivery and customer satisfaction. The Production Director will be expected to take a lead role in setting the production process and maximising the efficiency of a new factory in Nongbuadaeng District.

The Production Director must have production management experience gained within a garment manufacturing environment along with a good understanding of modern manufacturing systems and processes. The successful candidate will have a technical degree, strong leadership skills, a friendly but firm personality, good English communication ability, the ability to lead and motivate a team, a good commercial understanding and be process orientated.
