The Operations Director will report to the Country Manager and will be responsible for ensuring that all business activities meet ADMS’s company and Business Partner’s financial, performance and quality standards, specifically by overseeing and providing direction on the operations of ADMS Thailand. This will involve identifying and negotiating with outsourced contact centre providers and insurance partners to support new business set-ups, evaluating the operational and financial propositions as they relate to sales platforms, deployment, implementation and infrastructure support and carrying out project management, including recommending, designing and building the necessary operational capabilities for new vendors, partners, insurers, products or marketing methods. The Operations Director will work with Business / Insurance Partners to understand their business needs manage the key relationships and assure the quality and integrity of sales data. The Operations Director will provide employee selection, supervision, motivation and development, project performance management, work assignment and prioritization, salary administration and communication. |
