The Commercial Manager will lead a team comprised of a National Sales Manager, 5 Area Managers, 18 Technical Sales Representatives and 22 Sales agents and he or she will be overseeing pricing and sales forecasting as well as communicating with shrimp farms on a regular basis regarding orders, product specifications, quality levels and delivery times. Trainee Business Manager / Sales Managers

The Trainee Business Manager will report to the expatriate Business Manager and will ultimately be responsible for the overall management and profitability of one of 11 business divisions in PRTR. The job will involve meeting with existing expatriate customers, handling new enquiries from expatriate customers, interviewing job applicants, motivating and maintaining a team of recruiters / researchers and ensuring that the existing business processes are optimized and profitability maximized. The Trainee Business Manager will be expected, through a combination of training and outstanding individual commercial ability, to advance to become a new PRTR Business Partner within a period of 5 years.

The Sales Managers will be responsible for optimizing the sales in 2 new business divisions. They will be focused on selling PRTR’s solutions to new and existing clients, consulting with clients on their recruitment or outsourcing needs and managing the business process from start to finish in line with individual and team KPIs. The Sales Managers will work closely with a team of trained consultants to develop strategies that will attract customers and ensure that the sales are maximized. The Sales Managers will be expected, through a combination of training and outstanding individual commercial ability, to advance to become new Business Managers within a period of 3 years.

 
 
 
   
Research and Product Development Manager

The Research and Product Development Manager will report to the General Manager and will be responsible for all research and product development of our client’s products. This will involve managing a team of Food Technologists to develop new and existing recipes for their specific client’s requirements by improving the taste, smell and the feel of food products of all types. He or she will establish and manage a manufacturing process, develop raw material specifications, create a portfolio of ‘stock’ products and oversee customer testing in conjunction with the sales and marketing team.
