The Operations Manager will control a small dedicated team of professionals working in both Bangkok and Chonburi and will be responsible for Q8 Aviation’s operations in Thailand. This will involve controlling the distribution, customer service and commercial process that ensures jet fuel is delivered to Q8 Aviation’s customers at Suvarnabhumi Airport and the regional airports throughout Thailand. The Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring that the product is delivered to the required standard on the agreed delivery date and that all aspects of Health and Safety are maintained to an exceptional standard at all stages of the process. The Operations Manager will work closely with decision makers at multinational airlines, the Petroleum Authority of Thailand and local Airports.

 
 
 
   
Sales & Marketing Manager

The Sales & Marketing Manager will report to the General Manager and will be responsible for all functions of sales, marketing and business development of our client’s food ingredients to food processors both domestically and internationally. He or she will lead a team of 10 consisting of sales, technical and administrative professionals and will implement sales strategies and systems to enable the company to maintain their objectives in relation to sales volume and profit. The Sales & Marketing Manager will be focused on developing new markets and diversifying into new product lines and will work closely with R&D in bringing new product lines to the attention of key customers.

 
 
 
   
Production Director

The Production Director will report to the Assistant VP of Production and will assume overall responsibility for ensuring that the production quantity, quality and delivery timelines are achieved. This will involve taking a "hands on" role in all areas of operation whilst overseeing a workforce of between 600 and 700 staff working in 2 production facilities. The Production Director will focus on setting and achieving production targets, planning and monitoring productivity, implementing a lean management system, balancing production between 20 lines, identifying and solving production problems and ensuring that quality standards are maintained. The focus of the position will be to ensure that operational performance is maximized in the areas of productivity, quality, cost, delivery and customer satisfaction. The Production Director will be expected to take a lead role in setting the production process and maximising the efficiency of a new factory in Nongbuadaeng District.

 
 
 
   
Marketing Director

The Marketing Director will be reporting to the President and will be responsible for managing the marketing and sales operations whilst ensuring sustainable business growth is achieved through increased sales. The focus of this position will be to ensure that the relationship with all existing clients in Europe and the USA is maintained regularly and that new clients are attracted and developed. The Marketing Director will lead a team comprised of 3 Marketing Managers and 30 Merchandisers and will be overseeing pricing and forecasting short and long term sales orders. The Marketing Director will communicate with the factory on a daily basis regarding orders / product specifications and will be ensuring that production batches are finished to the agreed dates, to the quality specified and are delivered to the client on time.

The Business Development Director will report to the Managing Director and be responsible for identifying future market potential and improving and developing the key areas of their current business services. They will have full control of the Business Development and Marketing division with people management and budget control of all department resources. He or she will be responsible for developing the external brand through various marketing tools and campaigns. They will own the customer database conducting regular customer research projects and generate customer insight for use to other functions. They will work very closely with the sales teams, developing forecasts, providing sales tools and lead generation.
