Legal Director

The Legal Director will report to the expatriate Managing Director and functionally to the Corporate General Counsel located at Carrefour’s European headquarters and will serve as the top legal advisor to Carrefour’s Managing Director. This will involve directing and overseeing all legal issues, setting Carrefour’s legal agenda and priorities and taking overall responsibility for the delivery of legal services within Carrefour Thailand. The Legal Director will also ensure strict compliance with all relevant laws, work with internal departments to establish ethical practices and guidelines, and identify and communicate all new and amended laws which are relevant to the work of Carrefour.

 
 
 
 
Retail Expansion Director

The Retail Expansion Manager will report to the Asset and Development Director and will take responsibility for sourcing potential property locations to allow our client to expand progressively their retail business throughout Thailand. This will involve working in coordination with our client’s market research team locating potential property locations, identifying respective land owners, and handling price negotiations. The Retail Expansion Manager will be required to deal extensively with government officials to gain retail privileges which will allow our client to establish its business in new locations.  The successful candidate will be expected to work using his/her intelligence to do what it takes to get the job done without supervision.

 
 
 
   
Operations Director

The Operations Director will report to the Country Manager and will be responsible for ensuring that all business activities meet ADMS’s company and Business Partner’s financial, performance and quality standards, specifically by overseeing and providing direction on the operations of ADMS Thailand. This will involve identifying and negotiating with outsourced contact centre providers and insurance partners to support new business set-ups, evaluating the operational and financial propositions as they relate to sales platforms, deployment, implementation and infrastructure support and carrying out project management, including recommending, designing and building the necessary operational capabilities for new vendors, partners, insurers, products or marketing methods. The Operations Director will work with Business / Insurance Partners to understand their business needs manage the key relationships and assure the quality and integrity of sales data. The Operations Director will provide employee selection, supervision, motivation and development, project performance management, work assignment and prioritization, salary administration and communication.

 
 
 
   
Finance Manager

The Finance Manager will report to the General Manager – Finance and Accounting based in Singapore, and will be responsible for initiating and managing the financial direction of our client’s operations in Thailand, whilst ensuring all financial budgets, plans and performance indictors are organized and coordinated. In addition the Finance Manager as will be responsible for maintaining the financial resources of our client, identifying and manage financial and corporate risks, and ensuring our client’s financial data is maintained to comply with strict corporate standards. The Finance Manager will take an operational role in establishing and monitoring action plans to reduce costs, compiling monthly, quarterly and annual management reports for both our client’s overseas and regional offices. The job will involve anticipating all financial related events that could impact our client’s financial performance and suggesting viable action plans to counteract potential negative impacts in all facets of our client’s business.

 
 
 
 
Business Development Manager

The Business Development Manager will report to the Country Director and will be responsible for maximizing the revenue generated by Thai and expatriates that are based overseas and need to use Western Union’s money transfer and financial services. This will involve analyzing the potential revenue streams from overseas countries and working with Western Union’s marketing and sales teams located within these countries to form strategies that attract customers to use Western Union’s services. The successful candidate will have a variety of marketing and sales responsibilities and will enjoy a very large support structure, but will need to use their leadership skills to motivate others and drive each support group to optimize sales and implement useful and effective marketing strategies. The Business Development Manager will assume a newly formed role in which he or she will be able to work in a pure business development capacity.
